The website is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We try to keep information (opening hours, menu, prices) accurate but reserve the right to change it without prior notice. The current in-restaurant menu and information take precedence.
2. Copyright
The "Infinity Libre" logo, photographs, copy and design are the property of Restoran Infinity (owner: Ivana Bošnjak). Copying, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited under Croatian copyright law.
3. Guestbook rules
By submitting a message to the guestbook you declare the content is original, contains no offensive, pornographic or defamatory material, and grant Restoran Infinity a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the message on this site and in marketing materials. The owner reserves the right to refuse or remove any submission without explanation.
4. Reservation requests
A reservation request submitted through this site is not binding for the restaurant until the owner explicitly confirms it by phone. Cancellations are accepted up to 4 hours before the booking time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restoran Infinity is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this site. Direct-damage liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or intent, as required by Croatian contract and consumer-protection law.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
All disputes arising from the use of this site are governed by Croatian law. The competent court is the court of Zadar, Republic of Croatia.
